I have not received my DLC skins

Hello Steam Community

Two weeks back I bought both the Ruby and Cobalt weapon skins, but yet i have not received them. It says, that it is in my Library on Steam and that i own these DLC's but they are NOT showing on Rainbow Six Siege.

I have done my research and all it says is, that I need a CD-key, but i do not have it and it does not show anywhere. So is there another way? If not, then I just wasted my money.. So i hope there is.

I hope you, Steam, knows how to fix this and make a man happy. Thank you
