account transmission ps4 to pc

i have a bunch off stuff on my ps4 account (like really a lot), can i connect this account to my steam and have all my stuff back on pc?

Sorry for the delayed reply from us, you are correct that it is possible to share certain progress across platforms.

Cross-Progression is a recent feature which was implemented into the game. You can read more details on this here [www.ubisoft.com].

To note on this, your PS4 account would need to have been linked to the same Ubisoft account where your Steam game is located before this feature went live, in order for the sync to occur successfully.

Although you could possibly relink your PSN account, if the merge has already taken place on another Ubisoft account, any progress would remain there and be lost as it's tied to the Ubisoft account and not the PS4 account.

can i change the ubisoft account my rainbow six is bound to on steam because i forgot the password the account and deleted the email adress from the account?
