I am not receiving my emerald weapon skin I purchased
Yesterday I bought the emerald weapon skin and no matter what I did when I checked in game it did not appear for any operators. I refunded that as I bought it through steam, I bought it again yesterday, today I load in and the skin is still not there. I have verified my game's file integrity, restarted my computer, and tried to re download the skin but nothing works. I have bought this item twice and am not getting it, I also can't buy it through the game because every time I try to select steam as my payment method then continue, nothing happens. I also cannot find any CD key on the receipt or the skin purchase anywhere to type in game and am out of options. Can anyone help or provide a solution? Also I have already typed a discussion here yesterday but did not get any response from anyone, please help.

Hey invade,

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to acquire your Emerald skin.

CD keys don't exist for most newer games and content. Those are all done usually through automated activations.

Considering you've attempted a lot of troubleshooting steps, I would advise contacting us directly via one of our support channels.

To help us further with the investigation, I would also provide an image showing your proof of purchase for the Emerald skin when you contact us.

In addition, a link to a video showing that the content is installed via the Steam DLC section of R6S and that it doesn't appear in game.

Thank you for the recommendations, I currently have an ongoing case with Ubisoft Support since when I posted this originally.

Yes I got help from ubisoft support by making a case on the website, had to show proof with pictures I did not have it with purchase history + that it wasn't on my ops
