报告翻译问题
Someone said it's tied into battleye or Uplay, and maybe it's because these programs get installed into the C drive, whereas the game is on another drive....but I'll have to test that out. Maybe I'll update this thread with results later!
Tldr: move game into C drive to fix audio issues

I had that problem with skyrim too
So it seems to be an easy fix (on language choice level) on Ubisoft's side, but being an ex-fanboy of Ubisoft, I know that it goes over their heads, sadly.
