How to manually change to me-south 1 server in R6

Can anyone let me know what exactly do I have to type in the notepad to connect to me - south 1 server. I also didn't understand which continent that server name stands for.

there is no server called me-south-1 but when i load up r6 it shows it.
it isnt uae-north my ping is way better in me-south-1
