Друг подарил премиум БП, но из наград я не получил те, которые уже были открыты (но не доступны в следствии отсутствия БП). Дайте знать если кто-то знает как решить эту проблему, заранее спасибо.

Problem with getting premium battle pass rewards
A friend gave me a premium battle pass, but from the rewards I did not receive those that were already open (but not available due to the lack of a BP). Let me know if someone knows how to solve this problem, thanks in advance.

I did not receive all the rewards that were already received, but not available, during the battle pass. Namely: 10 bravo packs, 120 r6 credits, ghosteyes standard(CAVEIRA,clothes), ghosteyes standard(solis,helmet), ghosteyes standard(lesion,clothes), explosion de colores(iana, operator portrait), 3day battle point booster(booster), S.I.2023 DENIER(fuze, clothes), S.I.2023 fragments(weapon skin), S.I.2023 informant (mozzie, clothes), S.I.2023 informant (mozzie, operator portrait), 7 days renown booster(booster), classical design(card background), caminate (zofia, clothes), explosion de colores(iana, clothes), cultural goldwork(charm), call of the wildlife(iana, helmet), 3day battle point booster(booster), pearl ripple(attachment skin), la layenda(card background), pearl ripple(weapon skin), la layenda(attachment skin), 3 day battle point booster(booster), solemn jewelry(charm), seafaring preserver(glaz, helmet), seaweed drip(valkyrie, clothes), traditional molas(weapon skin), S.I.2023 raider( blitz, clothes), geometrical brocade(zofia, helmet)
