i have a problem when i start the game, there is only squad creating on the loading screen after connection to the server

This one guy here activated his 7 day booster and now he can't log in, because of this issue, can you lads at Ubisoft give him his booster back?

Creating Squad bug
Hi!
The game wont start for 2 days in a row now, still stuck at "creating squad" and as far as I have seen this issue goes back to 2018 year, can we have any update on the matter please? and why is is taking so long?

you and your squad must have the CROSSPLAY ON/OFF ( for all of you ) to create the squad

I opened my game about 20 minutes ago and it's back to normal, I also had this problem
I uninstalled and downloaded the game again yesterday, but it wouldn't open
today I opened it again and it went back to normal, but I don't think I need to uninstall it
