Nothing mass has been reported, so we will have to treat these as isolated incidents and troubleshooting as such.
Please could you ensure you've given all of the steps in our connectivity guide[www.ubisoft.com] a try if you haven't done so already?
And do you receive the same error code each time or several?
We're still monitoring the situation though so will note if this is noted as being degradation.
