Bought Deluxe Edition, no Base Ops unlocked

I just bought the game recently, as my friends have wanted me to get it for a couple months now, but they were confused when they saw that I had no Base Ops unlocked, and only had the 8 Year 1 Ops. Is this what was supposed to happen?

Hey Kenny! As Lunar mentioned, the 20 legacy Operators are no longer included with the base of the game and need to be unlocked with Renown in-game. These can be unlocked fairly quickly though.

Well to be fair it does say "It includes the instant unlock of 20 base operators (without grinding)" on your ubistore page, so reading wasn't much help

this feels like such a bait and switch I had all the operators and suddenly get back on and poof nothing just the year 1 operators
