Problems with aiming tilt

Hello everyone, I installed R6 to play with friends but I'm having a problem ... I placed the buttons to tilt the aim on the side buttons of the mouse but when I aim I can't tilt while if I don't aim the tilt works. I also tried to change the keys trying to put the inclination on the keyboard keys, the problem persists. Anyone know how to fix?

Hello P X R V X R S O, sorry to hear of your key mapping issues.

This issue can occur with your mouse if you are using a third-party program for customizing your mouse, programs such as LG Hub etc.

Do you happen to be using any programs like this, or have them running in the background when you play the game? If so we would recommend shutting them down whilst playing the game, and only mapping keys within the games menu itself.

For the keyboard issue, do you also have any software such as RGB software like iCue running in the background that could be interfering?

Hi Ubi Milky, sorry if I answer you now, my mouse doesn't use any software to be customized, I tried with the new patch if the keys on the keyboard went well and apparently they do. The problem persists on the side mouse buttons that conflict with the left mouse button. I don't know how to fix.

Just to confirm - you're now able to lean when aiming if you use your keyboard but you still can't via your mouse?

May we please know what model mouse you're using?
