missing content (operator year 7 edition)

Just purchased the rainbow six siege operator edition on sale. I started the game up and I am missing numerous Operators from year 5 and 6 even though the purchase claims to include all 42 operators from year 1 to year 6.

Well, i had the same problem and i fixed it by reinstalling the game.

If you have waited a full 24 hours since purchase and your operators are not there, please could you try restarting, then reinstalling your game as CND suggested?

just submitted my screenshots to the site. i have screenshot my purchase history and my current operators list. i was missing ac ebut i recently purchased him with renown
