Bought the year 7 operator bundle, missing operators

I bought the game + the year 7 operator bundle, yet I only have the base 5 attacker and 5 defenders. Please help

I only have 12 on each side (24 total). Not sure what is going on with this. Note that Pathfinders (base game operators) are not included in any bundles. Still, we are all missing content.

Year 7 Operator Bundle - MISSING OPERATORS

I just purchased the Year 7 Operator Bundle and I am missing many advertised operators. I am currently stuck at only having 12 on each side (24 total). I am aware that Pathfinders are not included. Any help on gaining the missing operators will be greatly appreciated as I would like to be able to play the game with the advertised content rather than have to request a refund.

If you're still missing content please open a support case with us so we can investigate this further with you all.

Jeff Gordon Ramsay is correct, pathfinders(original) operators are not included but if you're missing content you should have besides this then please proceed with a support case.
