Side mouse buttons have stopped working since 14th November
While in game the side mouse buttons of my Logitech g402 has stopped working since recently. These buttons work perfectly fine in other games and off game for me and it has worked prior to November 14th as well. The profile created on Logitech ghub switches to R6 automatically when I launch the game. Please help

I use uTechsmart mmo mouse and side keys works on me in this game.

same, but its my logitech gaming software suddenly stopped recognizing this game so the profile wont switch over..... pretty sure its ubi's fault it works on other games perfectly

Sorry to hear that you are encountering trouble with some buttons from your mouse not registering.

As this has been since the update, I would recommend to complete the steps in our pc troubleshooting guide[www.ubisoft.com] in full. These steps help configure your device for the game.

Any trouble, just let us know.

The side mouse buttons has started working again normally since the last 100 MB update. Still has some issues where it takes a while to register a click at the start of the match but then better than the issue before. Also the above default answer for every issue does not work

Can you please confirm if you tried reinstalling your Logitech software, by any chance?

No, I didnt reinstall Logitech Ghub. When the issue was there I did try deleting R6 profile on Ghub and creating a new one but that did not work. For some reason after the last 100MB update on Steam for R6 the side mouse buttons started working. There is still an issue where for first 5 seconds of a match the side mouse buttons do not respond but then it starts working again after the first 5 seconds or so

No, I didnt reinstall Logitech Ghub. When the issue was there I did try deleting R6 profile on Ghub and creating a new one but that did not work. hey im having the iussue where my logitech mouse side buttons arent working to lean

Hey @Darhk

Does the issue persists? If it does, would you be able to verify the game files, as that might already fix the issue for you?

Another test would be going to your Documents folder and look for a folder called My Games. Inside My Games, you should find the Siege folder. Please backup the Siege folder and save it somewhere else on your PC, then delete the Siege folder from My Games.

After that, please start Steam as administrator. Once Steam loads, please do the same with Ubisoft Connect.
