24 hr suspension after a game crash

I got a 24 hr suspension after a game crash, can you UBISOFT do something about this? I am tired for my gaem to crash and get suspensions everytime. Help!

Maybe you should do something and have the ability to remove wrong bans, it's not my fault cus game crash most of the time or i got a blackout. Fix this.

What was the source of this crash? Did you receive any error code?

So we make sure the source was not coming from your side, could you please have a look at the steps mentioned is {LINK REMOVED} this article ?

i already sent a crash report to your “developers” team, fix this game, it becomes annoying to play a lovely game who crash every time in ranked.

this exact same things keeps happening to me, you need to fix ur game bruh or atleast start to lift the bans that are purely because of a disconnection

Can't tell you any error codes cause the game just hard crashes back to desktop mid game. smh Ubi
