Permaban for nothing. No Ubisoft reaction.

Ubisoft does NOT care neither about your ban, its legitimacy or about you personally, great client service. Go and buy another game and another and another since you might get banned for nothing there, while actual hackers have always been and will always be a problem.

I have a friend, who's been a major contributor for R6Siege community, a cosplayer (mostly Ubisoft games, Siege included) and an honest player. She, through all her 900+ hours of playtime NEVER used any kind of cheat. She helped to make the game better by helping the new players adapt, always reported cheaters, griefers and all kind of foul play and those who ruin other gamers' experience. Yet, she's been banned after as far as I know she had an encounter with a cheater in RDO. He somehow injected a mod or some other kind of malware on her PC, crashing her game and sending the PC to reboot. After that she played Siege for a match with an obviously cheated score of 1/2/2 and got permabanned for cheating. And that's where the stuff gets more interesting.

The Ubi Support did NOTHING. They were telling her for 3 days that she has been banned, they made an investigation and the ban is legit. They NEVER spilled any details and it took, I repeat, 3 DAYS to at least find out that she should contact the Battleye Support. They keep their silence for about 2 weeks at this moment, by the way. Also Ubi didn't care about her Twitter thread about the situation, never replied in Instagram direct or used any other ways to contact her other that unpleasant Support.

So I can frankly say - UBISOFT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS! No matter how close to them you are, how big in the community you are, how you made the game better or what your previous game record is, they will NOT lift a finger to actually help you. Just pay.

And you know what? She still has some love for Ubi and she's even ready to pay for another copy of the game, she's even ready to begin again from scratch. But Ubisoft has left Russia and ceased any kind of operations there. So maybe that kind of response is politically dictated? 10/10, Ubi, 10/10.

It does happen, the difference here however is escape from tarkov developers actively went out and fixed the mistake. Whereas ubisoft, at least R6 anyway, is probably still only making money off of the hackers that infest the game so frequently buying new accounts, cant be bothered to try and help.

they dont care bans, errors in game, freezes. you get ban so 0 chance to unban. its true. They want only $ for skins.
