Hello Ruslan_996,

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this error.

Can you please provide us with your full PC specs, so we can have a look?

Secondly, can you please try the troubleshooting steps {LINK REMOVED}? It will help to eliminate any potential software conflicts.

Many thanks and if you have any additional questions, please let us know.

Hello Operators,

Thank you for the update and for sharing additional information regarding this dll error.

As Microsoft has officially ended support for Windows 7, newer versions of Ubisoft Connect PC are not compatible with this operating system. You can find the confirmation in {LINK REMOVED}

I hope it clarifies the situation and if you have any additional questions, please let us know.

hey mate it turns out they are just ripping us off as they didnt think about win 7 users when they changed stuff so you, i and others on win 7 cant play anymore. i will be applying for some type of refund and making complaints about this as you should due to false advertisement, the system requirements on the store page state at the time of writing this that it IS "win 7" compatible.

Hi there! There is file in the Uplay folder, called UPC.exe and UPC.EXE.OLD
Simply delete UPC.EXE and rename UPC.EXE.OLD into UPC.EXE.
It helped me, maybe it will help you?

Hello everyopne, thank you for referencing this 'CreateDXGIFactory2 could not be located in the dynamic link library dxgi.dll error code which is related to Windows 7.

We no longer support the Windows 7 OS with Ubisoft Connect, after Microsoft stopped supporting their operating system last year.

This means you may be able to launch some of our games on the Ubisoft Connect launcher whilst using this older OS, but we can not guarantee every game will be playable, as we no longer officially support it for security reasons and updates to the launcher will no longer be delivered.

Apologies for any disappointment caused by this update, we can only advise you upgrade your OS when you are able to, if this causes issue with your games.
