Massive FPS Drops when getting shot at / shooting enemy.

I've been getting frustratingly weird FPS drops when I'm shooting or getting shot at. This has nothing to do with my ping , constant 9 ping.
When i check the advanced performance metrics and my performance monitors, the CPU and GPU graphs shows a U-shaped Dip when the lag happens. ONLY R6 Siege has this issue. This FPS drop always occurs mid-fight and its frustrating because I'm losing fights because of this fps drops. Any Solutions??
I have tried:
Reinstalling siege
Updated drivers
Changed my settings to low
Verified Files
27inch 165 hz
i7-8700k 6 cores
Zotac Nvidia 2060

have you tried lowering your frame rate from 165hz to 144hz?

same thing happens to me but only while on emerald for some reason, and my refresh rate it at 144

same thing for me , i tried lots of things in the last few days and nothing seems to be working out , i also tried lowering my fps like Kraz but it still doesnt work , really need help to sort this out
