how to fix this will bind the following products to your ubisoft account
this started happening to me and my friends and me and a bunch of people have tried ti fix it and nothing has worked anybody know how to fix

Sorry to hear you've been unable to launch the game.

When originally launching / activating a game, it will be bound to the Ubisoft account signed in at the time.

If you then later attempt to launch the game with a different Ubisoft account, this message will appear, followed by an error regarding authenticating the game if the wrong account is being used.

If you're aware of an alternative Ubisoft accounts you may have, please give these a try, as well as verifying the game's files[ubi.li].

If you still have issues, could you contact us directly via our Support Site[ubi.li] , Facebook[ubi.li] or Twitter[ubi.li] and include;
- Any alternative email addresses or usernames you may have used
- A screenshot of the following folder; Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership

We will be more than happy to take a closer look and help you recover access to your copy of the game.

I'm having the same problem, It's honestly less work to just purchase another copy on the Ubisoft page than having to sit through 2 hours of research on a stupid problem like this, ALL of my ubisoft accounts have somehow lost for honor and now the 83GB steam game is sitting on my pc.

I cant play my game Assasin's Creed Origins with full access.
I do all this steps and didnt work

I'm having the same problem, but I was able to access the game normally, until I had to uninstall and install it again due to storage, but it started giving the same warning that was commented, please help me!

Log out from this account in ubisoft and login with urs again.

I found the fix, make sure steam is open.. then log out of Ubisoft Connect and log back into it with the correct account. This should make steam reckognize the correct account when you hit launch on Ubisoft

Hi, as mentioned in the first response in this thread, when you launch a Ubisoft game from Steam it will register the game to the Ubisoft account that your logged into at the time. Once a game has been registered to an account there is nothing that you can do.

In cases where you were logged into the wrong account by mistake we recommend creating a support case to request that the game is transferred to the correct Ubisoft account and our support team will look into that for you to see if it is possible.
