It's not possible as far as I am aware, here's what the official page says:

Thank you for taking the time out to reach out.

The article @wilfred has kindly shared is completely correct and I am afraid that you are currently unable to player against Xbox players from your PC.

If ever this changes in the future, I can assure you we will be happy to let players know.
