Can't open Ubisoft connect.

I've tried so much and absolutely nothing. I launch the game and shift f2 does not work, cannot open via invite friends, etc.
It started happening a few days after the season pass for Thorn ended and it's persisted since.
I've tried:
Running the r6 exe as admin
Running Ubisoft Connect as admin
Reinstalling Siege and Uplay
Clean Boot
Disabling Nvidia Geforce Experience, I don't have fraps, twitch, afterburner, anything else like that
Disabling all notifications on Ubisoft Connect setting
Using Windowed, Borderless, and Fullscreen
Disabling Steam in game overlay
I heard something about TLS 1.2 needing to be enabled or needing Windows 10, I'm on Windows 7 and I found TLS 1.2 was already checked, and I am not upgrading my OS.
Is there anything else I can do or am I just screwed?

Players using Windows 7 will unfortunately have limited functionality with the Ubisoft Connect client.

The TLS 1.2 check is indeed something we advise as a workaround, however if there are still no changes after enabling this, we are unable to assist further.

I see. Thanks for clearing that part up. Let me ask this last thing though, all I really want to do is queue with friends, the only way I know how is through the Ubisoft Connect overlay, is there any other way I can invite or accept game invites either without it or through the desktop application?
