You reach lvl 105 in BP after a match - youll get immediately an alpha pack after the match.
You reach lvl 110 in BP after a match - youll get immediately the next alpha pack after the match.
You reach lvl 115 in BP after a match - and youll get immediately the third alpha pack after the match.
And so on. The number in the BP is just a counter to tell you, how many AP you already have gotten.
I received more than 60 alpha packs this way last season. And besides that you have also a the regular chance to receive an alpha pack after each win by spinning the wheel as always.
I came up to level 325 in the battle pass, but when i reached the level it didn't open the package. The package you collected is this much, it showed. So I could only see the number of packs collected on the battle pass page.
After reaching lvl 105 in the battlepass you instantly get an alpha pack. after reaching lvl 110 you get the next one and so on. The number in the Battlepass is just a counter to show you how many of them youve already got.
I understand, but the packages never arrived. As you said, the package comes in every 5 levels, but I couldn't open it.
Hey 'Mesqen,
If you believe you're missing or haven't received any Alpha Packs when leveling up your Battle Pass as you should, then could you please contact us directly via our Support Site[ubi.li] , Facebook[ubi.li] or Twitter[ubi.li]?
There we'll be able to take a closer look into this.
Thank you!
