Session has expired due to inactivity Ubisoft.
Some time ago I´ve got problems with ubisoft, every so often the game closes by itself, preventing it from synchronizing with steam Cloud and the ubisoft save. The error has persisted for about 3 months and occurs when closing a ubisoft game.

The error message is:
"Your ubisoft session was timed out due to inactivity. Please re-enter your Ubisoft account password to log back in."

I still can't find how to fix it, I would like to know if you know how to fix it or if you have any kind of information regarding the problem, it would help me a lot.

There is a megathread in the Ubi forums for the whole "Your ubisoft session was timed out due to inactivity" thing.

I don't know about the game crashing though.

As you've since likely found via the Discussions - this issue is known to and being investigated by the Ubisoft Connect team, there's no updates available at this time, but please watch the Megathread for updates.

As for the crashes, are these always accompanied by this inactivity message?

I've learned that launching Ubisoft Connect as Administrator as well as Steam can help. I haven't had thjs issue since. I just had a 4 hour session and when I closed the game, Ubisoft was not "timed out"
Also, sync went through no problem.
Launch Ubisoft Connect and log in with the Remember Me box ticked BEFORE you launch the game through Steam. This will help as well.

How about just remove that inactivity mechanic ? No other launcher on this whole planet is having that useless and weird mechanic.

i still hope this feature gets removed. i see no point in being logged out of a launcher that i signed into and clicked "remember me" when i logged into it. every time this happens i have to go to my email and get a new code. if it is a feature to stay, let us disable it in the settings somewhere, nobody in my household is going to steal my ubisoft account.

Remember me button has actually never really worked properly and never will hmm.
