I do recall seeing a few contacts about this and we are monitoring the situation, however when it comes down to your particular instance, do you happen to have higher ping when connecting to the other server or does it appear relatively stable/low?
To add, can I check if you've tried to manually adjust the data center[www.ubisoft.com] you're being connected to?
Let us know and we will take it from there!

Hey Karl, I have tried the manual fix and its working perfectly now, thankyou so much, but in regards to ping, I was getting higher ping on AU servers(about 180) then on the SE Asia servers(about 100), but now im getting 32 ping on AU servers. Thankyou again for the fix.
Hello, just want to report the same issue. It's not fixed with the steps outlined in the link for manual server selection. This is happening to me and some friends who play on East Aus servers, and where often getting matched into East Asia servers.
Sorry to hear that this is also happening for you and that manually selecting the server does not resolve it for you.
Can you let us know are you connecting via ethernet or WiFi? Also what is your upload and download speeds?
Thank you.
