Whilst we can not lift any sanctions for disconnecting from a ranked game, to check if your disconnections were caused by our server, please check our server status here for any degradation or outages > https://rainbow6.ubisoft.com/status/
If you happen to be encountering disconnects/ping issues on a regular basis, please try all the steps in our troubleshooting article to help strengthen your connection to our servers > https://ubi.li/YPwnl
