Can't Steam screenshot with F12

Hi, I can't use the Steam screenshot feature with F12 unless I click escape or am in the menu. As you can see from my public R6 screenshots, I can only take screenshots from the Escape menu or if I am actively engaged in the Tab scoreboard. I have set my Ubi screenshot to F11 but it still won't work.

i had the same problem, i didnt fix it, i started to screenshot with print screen, and then ctrl V, i created a folder for those pics and always pasted them back there, idk if u want to but u can also use it like this, sorry i couldnt help more

Have F12 both for Ubi and Steam screenshot and just tested and works in game at least for me.
