Unfortunately we can not remove temporary abandonment sanctions as we simply do not have the ability to do this, it is handled solely by the game.

Hello Ubi Milky, thank you very much, there are no problems with connecting to the server right now, in which case I will contact support
Play another one: in the middle of the match I am stuck while climbing a wall, "lost connection to the server".
GIves me abandon penalty in points and 60 mins ban, no way to reconnect.

5days ago i got kicked and 2 hours ban, np!
3days ago same kick cuz the server is bad and 24hours ban.
NOW 2days ban :)

please fix this issue and do ban apeals to all people that are getting banned due to this issue.
