Now 1 more time. Nice servers. I banned 2 hours. For game server problem! All guy in game, BANNED for no reason. ITS JUST A SERVER ISSUE, CANT RECONNECT MATCH BECAUSE MATCH CLOSED TO ALL PLAYERS KICKED.

Is there a way to remove it?I got both 1 day and 2 day ban so if i get a 7 day what do I even do? I deranked as well Is there a way to remove bans or get some help from the support?

What error code are you seeing when your game crashes?

I do not even remember i hink it just said a connection error but it kicked me and my 3 friends out and we couldnt reconnect so pretty sure the opponents were kicked too.

No error code, just get thrown out back to menu, disconnected from server.
Also not able to reconnect to the match and then it ends and you get abandon penalty after like 10 seconds. Had a cheater in the game when it happened on the enemy team.

there is no code, usually it disconnects and real quick switches to you have been banned. ill update if this occurs again.

24 hour ban from disconnect bug

Me and my friend just got a 24h ban from this disconnect bug it's the 3rd ban this week from this bug and ubi is doing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to fix it. They know it's happening but they obviously don't care.
