Hello AmirHV, thank you for letting us know you have been having trouble with your mic in-game as of late.

I have a few troubleshooting steps that have been known to help resolve this issue for players in the past, would you please try each of the following fixes, to help try and resolve this >

1. Try changing the audio settings in-game from push to talk, to open, and experiment with the two to see if both are affected.

2. Could you next try changing the display options in-game to run in borderless window and then full-screen mode as this has been known to help with audio issues

3. Next, can you please make sure you have the correct device set up in Windows and in the settings of the game to pick up sound - some motherboards use separate audio channels for a device depending on if you have your headphones/mic plugged into the front of your PC or back of your PC.

4. Next, run all of the games .exe files as an administrator. Locate the .exe file, right-click on the file, select Properties, select the Compatability tab, select Run as administrator, select Apply then OK. Not running as a game as Admin can cause several problems and as you are not giving full permission to the game to control other applications and devices such as mic > https://www.ubisoft.com/help?article=000060505

5. If using a different program for audio other than the game, for example, Discord, please try disabling this from running in the background altogether, relaunch the game, and test if the mic works correctly through the game alone, without any 3rd party audio programs running in the background

6. Next, please follow every troubleshooting step in our Ubisoft support article here, make sure you have not missed any steps - https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Article/000060564

7. Finally, please see this article for common microphone problems with Windows and how to solve them - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix-microphone-problems-5f230348-106d-bfa4-1db5-336f35576011

Another thing to note, in certain countries, your regional ISP can also disable your voice chat ability in-game. This may be the case if you notice your voice chat is restricted in multiple different online games.

Please let me know how you get on after trying the above steps, if they do not work for you, are you able to send us your dxdiag and msinfo files to us, via our support website link, so we may pass these onto the Siege QA team? >
