Sorry to hear you're not able to view prices of R6 Credits in your currency since the update.
Would you be happy to share with us which currency you're usually able to purchase these credits in? Can you also let us know if you're currently using a VPN, and if your Ubisoft Connect store is currently displaying the correct currency/in the correct region?
Thank you.
- Ubisoft Support
I usually purchase everything in INR ( Indian currency ). I am not using a VPN and the prices for products in the Ubisoft Connect store are also in Euro atm. This is the first time I'm encountering a problem like this. The new event update didn't fix the issue either.
I also can't even purchase R6 credits but it's not a currency issue. Before the update, the "currency packs" tab in the store said that it was unavailable at that time. Then, after the update, as of Dec 15, '21 12:06 am, it says that I own everything when I very obviously don't . I'm just trying to buy the operator bundle and get back into this game again like I did on PS. I've tried other "fixes" that seemed reasonable by other ubi devs in other discussions that I've seen. Just fix the game so you can take my money plz
