When you say you are using Windows 11, can I also ask if you ever experienced this same audio issue on Windows 10?
Windows in the past has been known to play around with the default audio and channels that are used for the audio, when it comes to Siege.
Are you able to take a screenshot of your in-game audio settings and post them in this thread, for us to view?
To troubleshoot this further, would you please run through each step in this Microsoft support article, as it contains many common fixes for these types of problems >
