Bad bluetooth headset audio quaility
I have an MPOW H12 IPO. I bought a network card for the specific reason my on board bluetooth antenna broke and can't get a good connection from more than 2 feet.

I'm on Win 11, uninstalled reinstalled bluetooth drivers a million times, but for some reason in this game only my bluetooth headset audio is BAD. Very bad quality.

When I first launch the game in the main menus, it sound crips and deep. As soon as I star ta match, the audio cuts, and turns to sh**. I don't even have the "hands free" option in my sound options so not sure if system is automatically switching to it. I'm just lost on what to do at this point. I've tried almost everything.

Update: This was resolved, the issue is due to the limited bandwidth and a lot of games trying to use the bluetooth mic. Going into Windows devices > properties of the headset > disabling handsfree telephony in bluetooth services. Then restarting. This forces the headset mic to not be in use by windows which clears up the bandwidth in turn the audio issues.

Helo Za Warudo!, thanks for getting in touch with us about these audio issues you have experienced recently.

When you say you are using Windows 11, can I also ask if you ever experienced this same audio issue on Windows 10?

Windows in the past has been known to play around with the default audio and channels that are used for the audio, when it comes to Siege.

Are you able to take a screenshot of your in-game audio settings and post them in this thread, for us to view?

To troubleshoot this further, would you please run through each step in this Microsoft support article, as it contains many common fixes for these types of problems >

O thanks for the reply I figured out that you have to go into the devices, and change the bluetooth services from the headset. Turning off handsfree telephony
