回報翻譯問題
We are unable to refund any cosmetic items or any other in-game items, in any game, that were purchased with in-game credits or currency I am afraid.

the skin on it's own is 700, so the other 2 items cost 100.
I bought without watching out the skin on it's own from the store and when I noticed that I am unable to buy the other 2 items separately I checked out the bundle, as they are exclusively available in the bundle only, and so when I tried to buy them through the bundle I noticed that I will have to pay the whole 800 coins INCLUDING the skin that I already own, so why should I pay for something I already own within the bundle, why can't the skin be discounted from the bundle so I can buy the rest of the 2 items ? which will cost only 100 instead of 800.
Whilst we are unable to refund you for this bundle like any in-game purchases we can at least pass your feedback on of how you believe this should be an option for players, to our SIege and Store teams, thank you.
