change unique username at ubisoft

Hi there,
is there any way to change the unique username (first username) at Ubisoft? Or can an employee do that? You might need this name at some point and I can't remember it well and I don't like it either.

And one more quick question:
If I delete my Ubisoft account, my Rainbow account is gone. But I bought R6 on Steam. Can I then start all over again, even with all items from the Ultimate Edition because I bought them?
