my friend is showing offline

i logged onto rainbow and went to invite my friend and it says hes offline. this might be an issue with ubisoft connect as when i tried to enter a quick match there were no issuses. he was online during the entire event.

That is certainly unusual, and not an issue I'm familiar with.

Do you happen to know if your friend can see you online during this time?

I have 2 suggestions for you to try -

- Talk to your friend and arrange removing then re-adding him. Maybe a fresh link like this will resolve it for you
- Re-install Ubisoft Connect: https://support.ubisoft.com/Article/000063173

Having the same issue as well. Trying to join each other through invites but we're both showing offline for each other. Can't send invites

Hey Hagans288, can you try the suggestions above please?

Hopefully removing then re-adding each other as friends, or re-installing Ubisoft Connect resolves the issue.

If by chance it does not, please let me know how long you have been facing this issue.
