I'm sorry to hear you've experienced issues with connectivity.
We're not aware of any widespread issues with connectivity at the moment, Current server status[rainbow6.ubisoft.com] can be found here. If the issues persist after the suspension has expired, unfortunately we're not able to adjust those as they're implemented server side, I'd recommend running through our connectivity troubleshooting[www.ubisoft.com]. This should ensure your connection to our servers is as smooth as possible and hopefully prevent this from happening again in future.
If after doing so you're still having issues please let us know and we'll investigate further.
