I'm not yet sure why BattlEye kicked you, did it provide you with a kick reason in the message box?
BattlEye typically responds if it has detected software that it doesn't agree with. If you have any overlay software that may be impacting the game, try disabling it to see if that helps.

No it doesn't give me a reason in the message box as far as ive seen. In my recent match I saw the update rate icon which soon promptly kicked me out of my match and wouldnt allow me to reconnect so i dont know if that is the reason but as of right now that seems to be. And I don't think i have any overlay software that impacts my game other than discord but most of the time its just up and im not in a VC

Disconnection issues are often difficult to determine, as the root cause is not always clear. We'll always do our best to find a solution however.
Ideally, the following info would help us further -
- If you receive a kick message / prompt, an image of that
- A recording of the disconnection, as we may find a related in-game action that relates to a known disconnection issue

SAME BROTHER SAME.... GAME kicks me in either ranked or standard and does not allow me to reconnect. Its mad annoying im just trying to play a whole game without getting a ban for something I did not do.
Sorry to hear you have been sanctioned in Rainbow Six Siege.
If you get removed by BettlEye, it may mean something is causing a conflict with it on your PC.
Make sure you disable all potentially problematic processes working in the background, disconnect devices that can be mis-recognised by BattlEye.
