Hello! I'm not quite sure I fully understand, but I will ask questions and we will do our best to help!

- Are you using mouse & keyboard, or a controller?
- Are you able to navigate through the game menus without issues?
- How long have you been facing this issue?
- When the round starts, are you able to do anything? Shoot, reload, move the camera, crouch, ping etc.

If you have any extra peripherals plugged in such as controllers you're not using, try disconnecting them.

Remove config file located in Documents folder or just remove whole rainbow six siege folder located in Documents and launch game. These config files will be re-generated with default settings.

I am using a mouse and keyboard
yes i can do menu and do stuff but if the game starts i can only move my camera but cant do anything else.
For 3 days maybe more .
i can only move my camera

and i dont have any other controllers

Thank you for getting back to us. Do you have any other USB devices plugged in as well as keyboard and mouse?

Can you also close all background applications and try again?

nope but i tryed do fix it and i found my old ps4 controler and just pluged it in and moved and then i can move again but if i wana play everytime i need do take my ps4 controler and move with it

With just your keyboard and mouse plugged in, does the game have controller options showing up. So A for jump, X for sprint sort of thing?

Thank you for confirming that, sorry for our delay!

When playing without a controller plugged in, do you still have a controller layout in your settings?

If so, this may be why you're having control issues and is something we're aware of and working on

If you are seeing a controller layout when using Mouse and Keyboard, please give the steps in this guide[support.ubisoft.com] a try to reset your local save (this will reset your loadouts and situation progress but everything else will be unaffected) as this has been known to resolve this for many players
