Hey there mitzieter!

Have you yet tried verifying the game's files[ubi.li] to try and resolve this?

If verifying the files doesn't help at all, a known fix for other instances of this error has been to reinstall the VCRedist for C++. This should be locate in the Support Folder for the game's installation.

Alternatively, this[www.microsoft.com] could be uninstalled and reinstalled.

To locate the VCRedist file:

- Navigate to the games installation folder.

- Within the installation folder, there should be a support folder which should contain the VCRedist file. Run this file.

- Once installed, please restart the PC then attempt to play the game again.
