Defuser sabotaged?!
Uhh, what? It wouldn't defuse for a while, what causes that?

I only encountered this today. We planted the defuser, and the announcer said: Defuser is disabled. (At least for me, my friend heard him say it was sabotaged) The defuse meter went down, less than a quarter of the way, probably, and the defuser just stopped. It wouldn't continue for maybe 4-5 seconds, then it started again. (wasn't lag, defuse time didn't jump or anything) Second round the enemy team planted, and THEY got it sabotaged. BUT, after that, it was normal. I have found no information on this.

My understanding is that this can happen when the defuser is planted in the proximity of a mute jammer; the two recent times where this happened to me was when Mute was on our team. My guess is that having the mute jammer disables the beeps from the defuser, therefore 'sabotaging' it, but the "Defuser has been disabled" is simply a glitch that hasn't been fixed it. Another possibility is that the mute jammer either currently jams the defuser completely, or it was going to be able to do so but R6 scrapped the idea (partially). Either way, confusing topic.
