Find gamesettings.ini in your Documents\My Games\Rainbow Six - Siege\<some crazy number>. You either want to delete this file or rename it to something else to use as a backup. Then restart the game and it'll create a new Gamesettings.ini. This will have all default settings.

If you have multiple accounts, you just have to figure out which gamesettings.ini is the right one. You can also check to see if the gamesettings.ini is read only.
