Operator Outfits keep resetting

Hi everyone,

is there any known solution/work around to the bug that resets the headgear and uniform of all operators to default? About every second or third time I start the game its all reset to the default version. Re-euipping everything is obviously very time consuming and annyoing.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Is this a well known issue?

(btw. the weapon skins stay on for some reason, its only headgear and uniform)

If its the zombie game, change the equipments outside gameplay.
This happens often with game events

No unfortunaly I'm talking about the regular game modes (casual, unranked and ranked).

I know that it resets in the event gamemode and I can see why as you play it very differently compared to a regular game.

There are operators in fungi zombie mode, that have news skins attatched to them. It might be, that when you chose them in this mode, and they get their new REACT TEAM skin on them, it resets ur owned skins. From what i remember it's Amaru, IQ, Ace, Blackbeard & Zero who got the new skins. What operators heve their skins reset for you? Or is it all operators, even those who arent even aviable in the new mode, like Tachanka for instance?

Ok, Toni, forget about it... just played with IQ in the new mode and it didn't reset my uniform or headgear on her. I'm using North Star Operation skins. So it must be something else in your case.

Unfortunaly it resets EVERY operator in the game every time. Its just so weird an feels random as it doesn't happen each time I start up the game, but like I said every second or third time. Anyway, thanks for your input so far!

Hey there folks.

If you're affected by this please try resetting your player profile[www.ubisoft.com]. This will reset your loadouts and situation progress but it should hopefully prevent it from constantly occurring.
