is there anything i can do to fix this bug other than restarting this game? because this bug is so annoying, especially when you're in a ranked match

this bug has been in the game for weeks, has there any progress been made to fixing this or will we just have to live with not playing ranked due to not knowing if we can actually play or not? the amount of time it takes to fix this is completely out of place for such a game breaking bug...
