My game is laggy and slow

I recently bought r6 and tried out my first game i noticed i cant handle ulra, high or even medium setting and can only handle low. My specs are i7-7700, GTX 1050ti and its windows 10. My pc can handle Ark on ultra/high with no problem. Help!

drivers are installed? if yes, than go to settings cfg and set resolution scale from 100 to 95. Thats the bug mb

That’s weird my resolution was already recommended at 125 display.

when you say lag do you mean fps or latency?

I mean I’m on the menu of r6 and it’s on ultra graphics but it’s very glitchy and slow

My FPS on ultra is 18. But my graphics it should be fine right?

turn on Vsync, see if that helps. sorry if it is simple but as I have no clue what it could be in this game of a million bugs best to start with the basics. My friend had slowdfown and it was due to it trying to render in the thousands of fps.

I also changed it to low graphics and my FPS is now 19. This is very weird

Also play with the settings until you got a nice buffer on the "Vram Usage" thingy in the settings menu. try not to max it

Oh.. if you re setting to low and it is still slowing... are your temps fine? maybe change from fullscreen to fullscreen borderless or the other way

Ok. I have just changed it to borderless and it’s now 18FPS. Do you think it’s to do with my specs? I mean my pc can handle lots of high end games. But can’t handle siege
