How do i see how much fps i got ingame?

Go in display option. You can find that info option in it.

Yup, the option should show up as "Display Game Info".

You can even turn it on by wandering around some uplay settings.

There is multiple ways for that:
1. As mentioned already you can enable in game "Options/General/Display game info"
2. You can enable fps counter in uplay or steam or both.
3. You can use third-party tool like msi afterburner to display FPS and other useful things like cpu and gpu load and temperature, vram and ram usage and many, many more.
