No dialogue nor operator voicelines.
So I've been having that problem lately: I can hear everything BUT in-game voicelines (like the radio operator or any operator for that mater). My voiceline sound setting is maxed and I still can't hear any voicelines (not even the operator video voices, which is extra weird).

Has anyone found a fix for it? There's barely any infos on the internet...

Do you happen to own 5.1 speaker set? If yes check if your center speaker is plugged in or its cable is all right.

I have only two speakers, and the problem happens when I’m wearing headphones too.
So they messed up the voice chat.
So they messed up the voice chat. Last season could hear what teammates say through voip, this season can't, but see their talking icon pop up

Voice chat is using the wrong audio device
I have 2 audio outputs and siege uses them randomly, disregarding my audio settings. The game always correctly uses default device for game sounds but voip is using random device and I cannot change it. There is no ingame setting for voip and it doesn't respect windows settings.

I can't do option 1 because it's win10 specific and I'm running win7. Other options are unrelated to my problem.
Also yes, this problem only appeared this season, was warking correctly before and I could swiftly change between devices even during gameplay if I wanted to.
Also, it only affects voice chat, not sure why did you move my post to a thread about missing operator voice lines.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and it ended up fixing it :stella_happy:

D4no, have you had a go with our troubleshooting guide[www.ubisoft.com]? In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game.

If you've not already, please try with another sound device. So, for example, if you are using speakers plugged into your computer with a 3.5mm jack, please try a USB headset.

If it only happens with one output device, please consider reaching out to the support teams of its manufacturer to ask their assistance in making sure the sound channels are set up appropriately (for example, stereo for two speakers, or more for surround speakers, and so on).

If it happens with all sound devices, please let me know, and I'll see what else we can suggest as a fix!

im having the same problems and did these but none of them work
