Operation Shadow Legacy - does not support 32:9 and 48:9

ANSWER:
DirectX Diagnostic (DxDiag) reports are useful for collecting information about your hardware and identifying common issues.

To generate the report:

• Open the Run command.
You can do this by holding down the Windows + R keys on your keyboard or searching for Run in your system.
• Type dxdiag in the dialogue box.
• Click OK or press Enter.
This will open the DirectXDiagnostic Tool.
• Click Save All Information....
• Save the file to your Desktop.

Thanks for the reports. We are currently having this looked into but in the meantime you should be able to set it to a higher resolution to resolve it.

higher resolution does not resolve this. I have two PC's in my house with 32:9 monitors and same issue as mentioned above. Black bars, and game goes 32:9 on victory screen, but playing goes 20:9. Have no played since start of new season because of this.

Increasing rez does absolutely nothing, and tried vulcan and og modes. Can we get this addressed asap?

Display Settings not working

With the installation of the newest season my display will not function as before.
I use a 3 monitor system through TrippleHead2go digital connection combining all 3 monitors into 1. Settings.
This use to work fine with no issues until now. game will only display on 1 monitor. I updated all drivers with no luck. Was there something changed with Displays? Can you assist please?

In order to give you the best help with this, we will need to look at your system files and how your dpi etc is set up. Is it possible you can post your Display settings from your dxdiag system file please?
