Operation Shadow Legacy - does not support 32:9 and 48:9

after the release of the "Operation Shadow Legacy" update, black bars appeared in the game, killkam is shown without a lock, and in the game black bars
The same problem is reported by other owners of monitors 32:9 and higher

ANSWER:
DirectX Diagnostic (DxDiag) reports are useful for collecting information about your hardware and identifying common issues.

To generate the report:

• Open the Run command.
You can do this by holding down the Windows + R keys on your keyboard or searching for Run in your system.
• Type dxdiag in the dialogue box.
• Click OK or press Enter.
This will open the DirectXDiagnostic Tool.
• Click Save All Information....
• Save the file to your Desktop.

Hey me too. Can't view it in 32:9 aspect ratio, its limited to the area on the screen that a normal 21:9 ratio takes up.

I do have the same problem! In the first 2-3 sec. when i do spawn (casual, ranked,.. doesnt matter) the screen gets locked. Its like turning on the black bars feature. The screen gets stuck on 21:9... This is really really bad. Frustation level 9000. This is actually a reason for me to not play the game until its fixed.

Update: I tested this now on all gamemodes and with/without Vulkan. Also was useing much higher resolutions as a test. This bug only appears on a Screen ration above 21:9 Everthing above that value gets blocked by black bars...

I tried to set a higher resolution, but it doesn't help, the game still doesn't show higher than 21:9

Have the same issue after the last operation release I can't properly play it on 32:9 widescreen monitor it's really disturbing, please fix it as soon as it possible.

Thanks for the reports. We are currently having this looked into but in the meantime you should be able to set it to a higher resolution to resolve it.

It is a bug, the dev team are investigating it. If it was intended we would let you know.

this didnt help higher resolution less frames still no ultrawide.

I hope that it is bug but I'm afraid that it isn't. Its weird that it only appears while you are playing (being alive / cam) and disappear in kill cam. Not all changes are in the change list. But i hope that i am wrong and you are right. Kills the game for me.

I will Quit the game when this is a new feature and not a bug. This needs to be fixed no matter what. Right now the game is just not playable for me at all. The blackbars are really anoying..
