Hey landyyy™,

Thank you for reaching out to us and I am sorry to hear about the issue you ran into.

To try and resolve this, please try the following.

1. Open Uplay as administrator, click the menu icon at the top left and go to settings.
2. Untick "Enable cloud save synchronization for supported games"
3. Make backup of savegames - default location C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames
4. Remove the save file from the original folder.
5. Launch game, play till the game makes an autosave or you manually save. This is approximately 5-10 minutes of gameplay
6. Quit game, re-enable cloud saves and launch game again.
7. Select local save when prompted. Saves should be re-synced.

This has been a problem for the past year (2021-2022) And after the fix it works for about 2 days, then starts giving the same issue afterwards. Unacceptable. Also requires login after the same period of time after every close of the game. No login is necessary for a steam synced server-side game. Login is successful after launch, regardless of login or not but STILL prompts after closing the game anyways.

Same here, I even tried the above steps
Failed to synchronize cloud saves
I tried to play rainbow six siege, far cry 5, prince of persia forgotten sands, and still not working, cannot open the game to play, since only that thing appears.

Only today it started, and i highly doubt there are save games for rainbow six siege, as for the single player ones, i'd preffer not to download them all again, that would take me weeks.

As for what else i always have open, are microsoft edge with youtube and discord in the icon tray at the clock, and nvidia geforce.

Is there a way to fix this, or i have to redownload ubisoft connect client, would that affect my single player games saves?

I clicked on the enable cloud saves to uncheck and then to check it again, the issue still persist.
