Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege

Where to report player?
I encountered two toxic player today. Normally I would ignore and enjoy the game. Sometime I will use the report button. But the encounter today is out of the norm.

I tried to report via https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Cases/New and filled in the description and everything.

However, the submit button does not work due to ... ... COVID-19 as stated on the website (???). I understand that no one is available to "live chat" with me. Can't I at least submit a report?

Shouldn't live chat be disabled instead of "Submit My Case" button if it is covid-19 measure?

Hello there,

Chat and / or Email tickets have been temporarily disabled for some territories given the current situation.

You can report players in-game or by contacting us directly through Facebook[ubi.li] and Twitter[ubi.li] and we can pass this on to the team.

Thank you

Is there anyway I could contact privately - like Email? I do not use Facebook or Twitter.

I do not have enough time to report in-game. I do have video evidence.

Edit: Can't Chat/Email tickets be transferred to another active department? Note: All the hates, if any, is going toward the company policy and management and not you, the moderator of this forums.

Hey there,

Unfortunately not, we don't have a direct email, only via the creation of a ticket on the Support Site, nor can we take the report via Forums as we prefer to avoid public naming and shaming regardless of the offense.

Sorry for any inconvenience

Yes. As understood from my previous reply, how can I create a support ticket (when it is closed due to COVID-19)? I too do not want to public name/shame people. Thus, I haven't posted the evidences anywhere.
