Fix for Can't change display on Windows 10

Ran into a problem with R6 seige where the game would launch on the wrong monitor. I tried to change the display in game under display settings, but it would switch to the correct one and change back right after apply. So, I then fixed this by tricking the game. I switched my monitors oposite of what they were in windows while the game was running. Tried switching them through the games settings and then closed the game. Switched them back through windows how i normally have them and launched the game. Bingo. Hope someone finds this helpful.
