Changing monitor in display doesn't work
I have 2 monitors, and whenever I launch the game, it goes on monitor 1 instead of the main monitor (which I set to monitor 2 in Windows display settings).
I changed it to monitor 2 in the R6S display settings, but it still stays on monitor 1.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

If you switch Monitor 1 & 2 in the Display settings, will it open on the correct monitor? I just want to confirm if it will only open on the monitor set to 1 or if it's that specific monitor.

It stays on Monitor 1 whether the display settings in the game are set to Monitor 1 or Monitor 2
I found a fix for the problem I was having.
If I set the display window to windowed borderless, apply, then change the monitor to Monitor 2, the game will be set to monitor 2. Then I can change it back to fullscreen mode and it stays on Monitor 2.

Thank you for confirming that, glad to hear you found a workaround.

Just to confirm, it was a little hard to explain, I meant changing the monitors in the Windows Display settings rather that In-Game. Regardless it seems you found a fix anyway, so no need to worry about testing that.
